Hi-Tech Properties is a construction company building residential apartments in and around Chennai. The company approached us to create a brochure and outdoor signs for their project-Tulip, a gated community of duplex homes and residential apartments.

Since the architecture was chic and contemporary, the goal was to design the brochure with originality and elegance. Therefore, great attention was taken to ensure that the style and content of this brochure were clear and innovative.
